To support the development of the agency in Belgium we are looking for a Fundraising Manager :
Mission:
You will work closely with the Agency Director to supports clients in the design and development of their fundraising strategy. You will organize the implementation of projects by leveraging the expertise of the different departments within the group and contribute to its development.
- Consulting:
Advise non-profit organizations on developing tailored fundraising strategies based on their specific needs and target audiences.
- Project management:
Actively oversee client projects, ensuring the execution with the creative team, proper follow-up and meeting deadlines.
- Business development in Flanders:
Contribute to Adfinitas’ development in Flanders by identifying organizations that need to increase their fundraising impact, this includes prospecting activities and participating or organizing webinars with our institutional partners (Fundraisers Belgium for ex)
Profile requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the non-profit sector, preferably in fundraising (digital, offline marketing, or legacy).
- Experience working in the agency side is a big plus
Languages:
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Fluent in English.
Specific skills:
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and meet the unique needs of the non-profit sector.
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Self-starter with strong initiative and autonomy.
